Fig And Merguez Salad
250 g Merguez sausages 1 cn Chick peas; drained 1 Red onion; sliced and grilled 1 Tomato; peeled and sliced 1 pk Flat parsley; picked 1 Clove garlic; crushed 4 Figs; sliced Olive oil 1 Lemon; juice of 75 g Feta cheese; crumbled
Grill the sausages and slice 3cm thick.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
Pile nicely on serving plates.
