Filling:
1 1/2 lb Cottage cheese seived
2 T Flour
1/2 Lemon peel, grated
3/4 c Sugar
1 ts Salt
8 Eggs
Separate eggs, whip whites. fold into other ingredients, fold in 1 1/2 T. dill weed. Line pan with sweet dough. Gently spread filling on top of sweet dough. Mix 1 egg yolk with 8 oz. sour cream, gently spread on top of dill weed filling.
