Cardiganshire Savouries-tocyn Y Cardi

1 tb Rolled oats
1 tb Flour
2 tb Milk
1 ts Baking powder
Salt

Mix the dry ingredients together in a basin and bind together with the milk. Shape the mixture into small cakes and fry in bacon fat. Serve with fried bacon and tomatoes. Serves two.
