Marinated Tofu 1 pk Tofu; sliced thinly
1/4 c Toasted white sesame seeds
1/2 c Flour
Peanut oil flavored with sesame oil
1/2 c Soy sauce
1/4 c Honey
2 ts Grated ginger
2 tb Sake (rice wine
Combine soy sauce, honey, ginger and sake. Marinate tofu slices. Combine sesame seeds and flour. Dip tofu slices in flour. Fry in oil in skillet on both sides until crisp and brown. After all slices are fried, cook remaining marinade until it thickens. Serve topped with marinade.
