Potato Pancakes

Grated potatoes
1 Egg to ea. c. grated potato.
1/2 ts Salt to ea. c.grated potato.
pn Pepper
Grated onion

Mix together and fry in hot grease. Turn and fry other side. These are always nice and crisp.
