Beet Salad

2 c Grated cooked beets
4 tb Grated horseradish
2 ts Sugar
1 ts Salt
2 ts Vinegar
2 tb Salad or olive oil

Mix all the ingredients together and chill for 2 hours. Serves 6 to 8.
