1/2 c Shredded cabbage
1/2 c Grated carrots
1/2 c Finely sliced green pepper
3/4 c Diced onions
3 tb Butter or oil
1 ts Salt
1 ds Cayenne pepper
Cook the cabbage, carrots, green pepper and onions in the butter or oil for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with the salt and cayenne. Fill the pancakes.
