2 tb Fat or butter
3/4 c Diced onions
1 1/2 lb Sauerkraut -- drained
1/4 ts Pepper
2 ts Paprika
1 ts Sugar
1/2 c Water
Melt the fat in a saucepan and brown the onions lightly. Add the sauerkraut, pepper, paprika, sugar and water. Cover loosely and cook over low heat 1 hour. Serves 4 to 6.
